The location of the hotel was ideal with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The view, as mentioned in another review, provided breathtaking sightseeing. The room was well-designed with natural stone adding to the charm. Facilities like the kitchenette and onsite restaurants made it easy to eat in the hotel.
The lack of daily cleaning service detracted from the overall cleanliness.

Great location and nice view of the city from the room. The restaurant and bar were great after a long day of work. The staff was friendly and helpful in making reservations.
The room was dirty! I found bugs in the room and they did not clean it daily. I also didn't like the fact that I had to wait a long time for the staff to help me. It was like they didn't care about my needs.

Our stay at this luxurious hotel was exceptional. The unique and exclusive amenities fulfilled all our needs. The Spa & wellness centre, swimming pool, and sauna were all top-notch. The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing with a beautiful view, and the massage at the Spa lounge was heavenly. The private facilities, in-room breakfast, and restaurant were all remarkable.
We only encountered one minor issue during our stay; the BBQ facilities were not working.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the variety of dining options offered by the hotel's restaurants. the breathtaking view of the city from the hotel was a definite highlight of our stay. the hotel's convenient location, within walking distance of entertainment and shopping options, made it an ideal choice for us.
The room cleanliness was not up to our expectations, and we noticed insects in the room. , the staffing arrangement was odd with only one person working who had to sleep at night.
